Great online site, easy to use, great prices & excellent choice. I ordered 3 different personalised cards & they arrived the following day, awesome.

Not having used Card Factory for a while I found the personalisation process has changed and I don’t think it is as good as the previous process.

The card I found the other day which I thought I had ordered but when I checked my order history wasn't there I couldn't find again which was so disappointing, I found another and it arrived today very quickly(2days)

I ordered 3 personalised cards for my daughters birthday on the 29th March, ready for my daughters birthday on the 31st March. It stated when I purchased them that it would be a first class delivery and stated delivery by 31st March, she finally received them on the 1st April the day after her birthday!!

I ordered a variety of personalised Easter cards for my friends and family. I would say only two of them were worth the money. The others were tiny and not terrific quality (eg the edges don’t meet). They’re like the little cards that normally cost about 29p from the store. I’m a little disappointed but at least I was able to purchase cards during lockdown and the personal touch is quite nice.

Good site but needs to be easier to send cards direct

I find the website lacks quality cards but reasonably priced ones are ok and great to personalise them. However, it took me 2 hours to make and send a personalised card internationally (USA) as the site would not accept my paypal payment even though I'd logged in through it so after multiple attempts I had to use another credit card. Ordered the card on 12/3/21 and a message appeared saying the delivery date would be the 29/03/21 which was after the birthday date! Hence only 3 stars. I find the delivery address system quite confusing and other family members gave up on it when trying it out so should be simplified. Also, provision to allow you to send to multiple addresses when ordering more than 1 card at a time would be better as it is extremely time taking for personalised cards. However, its been a very useful way of safely sending cards during lockdown which I am grateful for.

Straightforward enough until I got to personalised cards which was fraught with problems and I gave up in the end. Also not happy that the cards are way more expensive than in the shop. Was very disappointed that you did not offer the 50% sale after Christmas as I always in previous years have bought all my chrsitmas cards in that sale and it could easily have been done.

The shops are lovely but the online service is pants!!!. Ordered two birthday cards a week before they needed to arrive paid 1st class postage and neither has arrived , they are now three days late. Customer service were useless blamed Covid and then disconnected my chat

Price for delivery is quite high along with the cards since they start instore from 29p yet online they start at 99p jumping straight upto £1.79 plus I also found the variety was poor. There isn't many gift options especially for kids how about introducing a gift card option starting from £5 upwards

Quick easy and nice selection of cards and much more affordable than other company’s and the stamp is included what more do you need.Great service
